While the Instant view steaming is great for anime (short episodes), it doesn’t work too well for full length movies.
I tried watching two, and both times, after about 10 min, I get the following:

So, its not very likely the bottleneck is on my side, likely either the source, or somewhere in between. My guess is that Netflix doesn’t yet have the bandwidth to make a good multicast when demand is a bit high, and so they tell you that its YOUR bandwidth that’s slow, and they nicely will slow down your stream to help out….
Stick to any episodic viewing (tv shows, anime) and you should be fine, but doesn’t seem like Netflix streaming is ready for primetime yet for full length movies.
