I recently signed up for the Netflix 2 week trial. By far the best feature is that there are a lot of movies you can stream and watch immediately. This is especially great for anime since its so episodic. I just started watching Kurau Phantom Memory, and have almost completed the entire series in about 2 days. That would be incredibly difficult to do renting disks from the video store, or waiting for them to be shipped via Netflix. The only down side is that though Netflix has a really huge library of movies, their anime section is not nearly as well represented. Oh, sure they have all the major ones, but not nearly the breadth as even my local independent video store – The Video Station.
One downside (if you read my last post) of the Netflix streaming is it requires Windows Media Player v 11, and so it really really hogs the CPU. Here are screenshots to give you a comparison:

Netflix and MS Media Player:
As you can see, Media Player is pegging the CPU at 100% for the duration of the entire film, this can be bad if something gets hung as it did with me, then I had to remotely kill the process. Neither actually allow me to screenshot the movie picture for some reason when I do a simple screenshot.
