Mines utility for OziExplorer [OziUL] web page update

Uwe at www.whitethaiger.net recently posted OziUL as a download on the Mines utility page!  This is wonderful news for all of you rockhounds out there!  Its a great utility if you use OziExplorer for exploration of the Federal open space looking for rocks and minerals.

Some OziExplorer additions

I wanted to do 2 things.
1.  Check for easier turn by turn route creation tools (ideally something integrated with OziExplorer)
2.  Figure an easy way to create index maps of regions I can’t currently find.

Convert MRDS data into usable format for OziUL

First, get your area data from THIS URL.
In the Download section select “Select and Download”

Using OziUL

Ok, so when I don’t use it I forget how to, and this page is a simple “How to” about how to use OziUL with OziExplorer…
First, launch OziExplorer, select a map for the area where you want to see mines data.

Then launch OziUL, and point it to your csv file of the mines data, [...]
